Withdrawals and Account Balances

Gaming Rules, Results and Settlement

Members must review applicable rules before placing a wager. Sports markets, including EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC and live football, may have settlement rules covering postponements, abandoned events, participant changes, dead heats and official result sources. Casino and slot products may also include game-specific instructions, payout tables and return-to-player information.

A wager is accepted only after confirmation by the api88 system. Merely entering a selection does not create a valid bet. Accepted wagers generally cannot be cancelled by the member unless cancellation is expressly permitted by a displayed rule.

Bonuses and Promotions

Bonus funds are not necessarily withdrawable cash. Legitimate cash deposits will not be removed solely because a bonus condition was not completed.

Prohibited Conduct and Fair Play

You must use api88 honestly and only for lawful personal entertainment. The following conduct is prohibited:

• Fraud, identity misuse, payment reversal abuse, money laundering or financing of unlawful activity.
• Collusion with other members, match manipulation, chip dumping or coordinated exploitation.

• Use of inaccurate location information or other methods intended to evade a lawful restriction.

Where api88 reasonably suspects prohibited conduct, it may suspend relevant functions, preserve records and investigate. Confirmed breaches may lead to wager cancellation, removal of improperly obtained benefits, account closure and other proportionate action.

Service Availability and Limitation of Liability

Access may be affected by maintenance, internet failure, device compatibility, third-party services, payment networks, force majeure events or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, api88 is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from ordinary platform interruption, member device failure, unauthorised credential sharing or a decision to place a wager. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Members remain responsible for using a secure internet connection, maintaining their devices and checking confirmed wagers and transaction details. If an interrupted game has a valid system result, that recorded result may stand in accordance with the applicable game rules.

Changes, Suspension and Account Closure

api88 may revise these Terms and Conditions to reflect operational, security, legal or product changes. Material updates will take effect when published or on a later stated date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

You may request account closure through api88 support after outstanding transactions and verification matters are resolved. api88 may suspend or close an account for material breach, fraud, security risk, legal necessity or prolonged inactivity, subject to fair handling of legitimate remaining balances.

Provisions concerning verification, disputed transactions, intellectual property, liability, investigations and accrued rights survive account closure where reasonably necessary.
